Why do I need Conflict Management training?
In all walks of commercial life, staff members are increasingly exposed to violence at work. This is particularly true of the hospitality industry. If you or your frontline staff could possibly be exposed to such risks, our courses use tried and tested methods to reduce the likelihood of violence.
How much will it cost?
The cost of our training course is £175.00 including VAT. This will cover the training, the exam fees and the certificate (issued by the examining body).

What does the training involve?
There are some theoretical areas to be covered, but in the main these courses are practical, with the emphasis on role-play. This is a certificated course and all students will be encouraged to participate in our role-play experiences and develop appropriate skills. You will be awarded an attendance certificate.
