Automated External Defibrillation
12 Delegates
This ½ day course is aimed at qualified first aiders who may be required to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED). In most circumstances, the AED is the only practical solution to shock the heart into normal sinus rhythm after suffering cardiac arrest.
We offer a comprehensive AED training package, which includes both theory, but backed up with many practical sessions and scenarios.
On successful completion of the course a certificate will be awarded which is valid for 180 days.
This can be extended to one year, where organisations are undertaking monthly training sessions with a suitably qualified instructor.
